When will Softlinkcargo deliver my parcel?

If you're sending your parcel to a Dutch address and drop it off at a Vexoexpress point before 4 PM on a workday, it'll arrive the next day. International shipments take longer depending on their destination.

Where's my nearest delivery point?

You can send your parcel from a Softlinkcargo store or leave it in a parcel station to be sent later. With 2,800 points in the UK, there's sure to be one near you.

How will I know when my parcel has arrived?

Use track and trace to pinpoint your parcel in the UK at any time of the day. Use international track and trace to follow other parcels. Make sure you have the shipment number and the recipient's postal code, so we can tell you exactly where your parcel is. We'll e-mail you as soon as your parcel has been delivered.

Will the person receiving my parcel pay import duty?

Some countries require the recipient of your parcel to pay import duty of taxes on the shipment. The Dutch Tax and Customs Authority's customs page lists customs per country.

I've closed the locker and my parcel is still inside. What should I do?

If you're quick, you'll be able to open the locker again with the same code. If not, call our contact center at +13479155156 to re-activate your code. You can call the contact center any day, any time.
